If you've been part of the Mamtakim family for a while, you've probably noticed that we're about much more than Israeli snacks.Yes, we love Bamba, Bissli, Krembo, and all the flavors that remind us of home. But what truly inspires us is bringing people together through food, memories, and community.That same passion is what led us to create SIMPA.
A New Project, Built by Our Community
SIMPA is a brand new app, created right here in our community by the same team behind Mamtakim.Its mission is simple:To help people with food allergies and dietary restrictions dine out with confidence.Whether someone lives with food allergies, celiac disease, lactose intolerance, follows a kosher lifestyle, or simply has specific dietary preferences, finding the right restaurant isn't always easy.SIMPA helps answer the question many people ask before leaving home:"Can I safely eat there?"
Why We Built It
Over the years, we've had the privilege of serving thousands of customers across Canada.Along the way, we've spoken with families managing severe allergies, parents searching for safe treats, travelers looking for reliable dining options, and people who often feel left out when friends suggest going out to eat.One thing became very clear.Food should bring people together, not make them feel excluded.That's where the idea for SIMPA was born.
