When is my shipment will be sent out?
All orders are shipped within five business days Monday – Friday, with the exclusion of holidays (both Civil and Jewish). Processing time may take longer for very large orders, or if one of the items on the way and scheduled to arrive soon. in any case of that happening- we will contact you with an update. a Feel free to contact us if you're placing a larger order and would like a timetable.

If a tracking number is provided and available by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

A product labeled pre-order means that we are out sf stock on the moment-but more are on the way!

how long does it takes to receive Pre-Order items?
Pre-orders items usually takes between 2-3 weeks, therefore you might get the item faster than expected.
